TRAIN LIKE ME Volume II: Give Me Glutes – $50
Full body extremely advanced training guide. This workout is full body but puts an extremely heavy focus on glutes and hamstrings, they are trained four times per cycle. You can have fat loss or muscle building goals. Based on a 7 day cycle that you would repeat 5 times, for 35 workout days. See the best results by completing 5-6 of the workout days each week. Can be used for any fitness goals. You must have gym access with various machines, dumbbells, barbells, cables, smith machine, etc. You will also need a set of short, wide resistance bands.
TRAIN LIKE ME Volume III: Let’s Get Lean – $50
High intensity advanced workout guide to assist in fat and weight loss. Incorporates a great deal of supersets, circuits, and plyometrics to keep your heart rate up to the point of fat burning. Legs and core trained three times per cycle; back, biceps, shoulders, triceps trained twice; chest and calves trained once. Best for people with fat loss goals who want to focus on their legs. You must have gym access with various machines, dumbbells, barbells, cables, smith machine, etc. You will also need a set of short, wide resistance bands.
TRAIN LIKE ME Volume IV: Total Body Shred – $50
This is my most diverse plan yet. It is for someone looking for a challenge in the gym. You can be a moderate to advanced lifter looking for fat loss. Reps are high, cardio is frequent, and these exercises will push you and your muscles to exhaustion. You will get 9 different workout days to cycle through 4 times, for 36 workout days. See the best results by hitting the gym 5-6 times a week. The split will go legs, shoulders/chest/triceps, back/biceps and repeat. Equally train all muscle groups. These workouts are challenging and should take about an hour and a half in the gym. The explanations for each exercise and each superset are VERY detailed. Many supersets have corresponding hashtags so you can better visually understand the exercises. You must have gym access with various machines, dumbbells, barbells, cables, smith machine, etc. You will also need a set of short, wide resistance bands.
TRAIN LIKE ME Volume V: Building Your Body – $60
This volume is the most detailed and progressive plan I have put out yet. It is best for advanced lifters who are comfortable with squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press. It is best for women looking to build muscle and strength. This is for you if you want to build a booty!
During the 8 weeks of the plan, you will be lifting 5 days a week for 50-80 minutes. Compound lifts are prioritized for strength and muscle building and accessory work is intense for you to continue to help you sculpt your muscles. All cardio and core work is included. You must have gym access with various machines, an Olympic bar, dumbbells, barbells, cables, smith machine, etc. You will also need a set of short, wide resistance bands and a long resistance band.
TRAIN LIKE ME Volume VI: Tight in Ten – $65
This plan is my favorite thing I have created to date and I am so excited for you all to experience it with me. This plan was designed for a more advanced lifter who is looking for fat loss results. If your goals are to keep your muscles full, change your body composition, shed fat, push and challenge yourself daily in the gym, HAVE FUN with your workouts, train all muscle groups but give some extra love to your booty and legs – this is the plan for you.
These workouts will take 50-90 minutes each day and will include all of your lifting workouts and all core and cardio instruction. You can train 4, 5, or 6 days a week. This plan runs for TEN WEEKS and is broken down into two parts. Progressive overload is the main priority in this plan and I execute it properly for you via sets, reps, and weight used. I have made it easy for you to log what weights you use and even easier to see what you used the week before so you can challenge yourself to add more weight. You will receive a Word document with some background information, best practices to help ensure you see the progress you hope to, and full descriptions of every single exercise. You will receive an Excel document that has your actual workouts along with a place for you to easily and quickly log your weights.
You must have gym access with various machines, an Olympic bar, dumbbells, barbells, cables, smith machine, various muscle group specific machines, etc. You will also need a set of short, wide resistance bands and a long resistance band.
TRAIN LIKE ME: At Home – $50
This plan is for anyone looking to make serious progress AT HOME with limited equipment.
These workouts will take 30-70 minutes each day and will include all of your muscle group specific workouts, all core, and all cardio instruction. You can train 4, 5, or 6 days a week, though 5 days is recommended. This plan runs for SIX WEEKS and is broken down into two parts. Progressive overload is the main priority in this plan and I execute it properly for you via sets and reps. You will receive a Word document with all your workouts, full exercise descriptions, and tips and tricks to get you on track to see the most progress possible.
List of required equipment: a rubber or cloth short, wide resistance band (either light or heavy weight,) two long resistance bands (one light and one heavy weight,) set of moderate weight dumbbells (8, 10, 12, or 15 lbs,) heavy dumbbell or kettlebell (30+ lbs,) and household items such as a chair or bench, a mat or rug, and a sturdy lightweight bar or broom stick.
