All my plans are completely customized (except the TRAIN LIKE ME volumes) and are tailored to you: Your goals, your body, your advancement levels, your strengths and weaknesses.
We go in depth about your past diet and workout history. I will create a plan that would be challenging for you but not too advanced. You can be brand new to lifting or be an experienced lifter and I will customize the plan to work wherever you work out (home, limited equipment, or gym.)
Each customized plan will tell you when to do which body parts, when to do HIIT or cardio, and when to do core work. I will also provide you with a great deal of background information on working out, such as tips and tricks, HIIT vs cardio, etc. I am available through the entire thing via email to coach you through your workouts, to answer any questions you may have, and to give you motivation when you need it. I also send videos of the workouts for further clarification on form!
I provide suggestions on supplementation. We have weekly check ins where we can adjust anything necessary and re-asses your macros. Each customized plan comes with my Nutrition Guide that goes in depth about Flexible Dieting or IIFYM, a grocery list, and personalized macro planning. I will handle your nutrition for the entire length of your workout plan. I am no longer offering strictly nutrition guidance as I find that handling both nutrition and workouts together makes for much better results. The price of the nutrition guidance package is reflected in the customized plan price. You may begin with either customized option (5 or 10 week) and can always renew and continue on for continued success. Many of my clients have been with me for years. Customized Workouts and Nutrition Guidance:
Macro Consult – $75
Beginning a new diet can be very difficult. Flexible dieting or IIFYM has completely changed the way I think about food and dieting. Flexible dieting calls for you to track all your food and meet certain carbohydrate, protein, and fat goals each day (macros). You will receive my Nutrition Guide which goes in depth about counting your macros, information on your new diet, and examples of what I eat on any given day. I will plan your beginning macros and explain how to alter them in the future. This would include macros to be at a caloric deficit or surplus or a reverse diet, depending on your goals. If you follow IIFYM and are on a quality workout plan you will reach your personal fitness goals.
5 Week – $250
This plan is great for beginners to experienced lifters. Completely customized.
10 Week – $350
Two different training cycles that you would complete to make up the entire ten weeks.
The entire workout would change after the first 5 weeks based on your progress.

Unfortunately, for customized workouts I am sometimes booked out weeks in advance. I take on a small amount of girls at a time. Often, we can begin now with nutrition guidance and the workout would follow as soon as I can get you on the calendar.
